Gallad Group Inc. operates this website and related services, including all information, content, tools, products, features, and functionality made available to users (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided through an e-commerce platform supported by Shopify’s infrastructure.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond control are not the responsibility of Gallad Group Inc.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

The Services operate using Shopify’s e-commerce platform. All purchases, transactions, and customer interactions occur directly with Gallad Group Inc.
Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions, damages, losses, or disputes arising from purchases made through the Services. Claims related to such transactions are waived against Shopify and its affiliates.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted on Shopify, certain data may be processed by Shopify and supporting service providers to operate and improve functionality.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Rights or obligations under these Terms may not be transferred without written consent. Assignment by Gallad Group Inc. may occur without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gallad Group Inc. is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
