We inspect each and every one of our radios thoroughly, Each radio is carefully tested for operability. We perform transmit and receive tests on each unit to ensure that they are properly functioning prior to listing. We do not sell “junk” radios or radios without factory tags . We understand and appreciate the investment that buyers are making in a radio and, in return, buyer expect a properly functioning radio.
We give the same level of service that I expect to receive as a buyer.
Large percentage use of the radios I sell go into public safety applications where people’s lives depend on the user’s ability to successfully transmit and receive in critical times . I encourage all persons using these radios for public safety or mission critical applications to have qualified communications expert evaluate the radio’s operational status before use in the field.
We are not responsible any way or another for any lack of buyer information or programming issue have to do with the software which is a copyright from Motorola.
We strongly recommend to ask any question you like before you buy it and we will be more than happy to answer any question.
If one of my radios does not meet expected standards, We may accept a return of the unit for a full refund of the purchase price. Only with a signed letter on department letterhead stating the defect and a certification that no parts have been removed from the radio, the radio has not been tampered with in any way and is being returned in the exact condition in which it was received. Again, the default policy is NO REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES, but we will consider such a request from public safety agencies ONLY.
